Our home is located in Des Moines, Iowa.  We provide support, encouragement, educational programs, and mentor published and unpublished members of the writing profession.  It’s easy to join and become one of us.

Our members write romances that include contemporaries, historicals, paranormals, time travels, mysteries, suspense, inspirationals, erotic and women’s fiction – just to name a few. We welcome writers of all genres -- come join us, no matter what you write.

Our programs are varied and cover everything from fiction writing basics and getting published to the business side of your writing career, and everything in-between.

TRRA is the local Des Moines, Iowa chapter of Romance Writers of America®.  Our membership includes writers from all over Iowa.  AND we have a chair waiting especially for you!
